Learning Objectives
This course is designed to help individuals become capable and confident AHFs. It is presented by one of our expert facilitators who will demonstrate how to use the AgilityHealth® platform in a strategic retrospective and share “Pro Tips” at each step. After completing this workshop participants will know how to:
  • Prepare and launch the retrospective
  • Conduct the Assessment
  • Facilitate the team’s analysis of the data
  • Facilitate the team’s building of their growth plan
  • Wrap up the retrospective to enable the team to follow through on its growth plan
The course also contains supplemental material with insights on recognizing common data patterns in the radars and handling specific facilitation challenges.
Who Should Attend?
Agile Coaches, Sr. Scrum Masters, Managers and other team leaders who want to improve the health and performance of their teams. The course assumes that individuals have at least one of Agile experience and strong group facilitation skills.
Upon Completion of the Course
  • You will receive a certificate that confirms that you have qualified as an AHF and may display the Certified AgilityHealth Facilitator logo and abbreviation in your title
  • You will have access to AHF resource materials in the Support Center
