Workshop is in person on the ground floor. It is a deeper dive into Agile. Topics include:

• • Agile team design (size, skills, shared experts, allocation)
  • Deep dive into Agile roles at the team and team of team level
  • Deep dive into the meetings
  • Deep dive into expectations of an Agile coach or facilitator to ensure success of the team
  • Best practices and answering all open questions

Attendees will receive our Agile Champion certification after passing an exam and demonstrating 3 months of Agile experience.
