Managing stakeholder expectations is huge in highly technical or complex projects. Give me a good product owner and we can make great things happen!
Product Owners are really the single point of contact outside of the delivery team.
The must be accept Responsibility, Accountability and Ownership of the product to be delivered.
These three fundamentals must be in the DNA of the Product Owner to ensure successful deliveries.
They are the glue that holds the team together throughout the course of the whole Development Life Cycle.
