- Define Outputs and Align them to Key Results: Acquire the ability to define and align the right outputs (initiatives, projects, deliverables) that will contribute to achieving the desired key result.
- Master the 5 Steps in the OKR Cycle: Develop expertise in the complete OKR cycle – DEFINE, ALIGN, ENABLE, CHECK-IN, ACHIEVE.
- Make it Stick & Change Management: Master techniques for making outcomes based planning stick from a change management and culture perspective.
