One of dysfunction in a team is around Group-work. 2-3 people group up and by supporting each other block all other discussions, ideas, and information. When this happens, some other members see opportunity to get these peoples favor, joint the team, even though not sharing their ideas. Whoever is left in a team become voiceless.
