Agile Simulation – Part 21 The Dysfunctional Daily Standup
A very funny video that shows all the crazy things that could happen during the daily Agile/Scrum Standup meeting! Watch this video with your team and try to identify the dysfunctions, then spark a conversation about your own team Standup meeting. Please note: one thing we missed during the more functional meeting is that the team should put up a parking lot chart for capturing post-standup discussion items.
