This instructor-led session is intended for those who have completed the online AgilityHealth® Facilitator (AHF) course. In this session, we will review topics that will help you get the most out of the retrospectives you will be facilitating. We will review and practice how to set up and launch assessments as well as how to update team and team member information. Facilitation, scheduling and growth item creation best practices will be reviewed. This session will be interactive and there will be time for Q&A to ensure you are comfortable and prepared to begin facilitating AgilityHealth® retrospectives. Following this session you will receive your AHF certification.
